I purchased the small model of the Dish Drain Rack from Quality Plastics. The shipping of the product was fast and the service was excellent.
This disk rack is strong & sturdy. It looks similar to Rubbermaid Space-Saver Dish Drainer Model 6054 that I have planned to replace. It is about the same width and couple inches deeper in depth than Rubbermaid Model 6054.
However, the Quality Plastics Drain Rack lacks some details as the Rubbermaid Model 6054 and it does not drain very well. The plastic material also has strong adhesion with water and some of the water will just sit on the floor of the rack without draining. If the edges of the dishes touch the bottom of the dish holding grooves, the edges of the dishes that touch the bottom of the grooves will not dry. The 2 flatware holders also have the same issues.
I wish this is exact duplicate of the Rubbermaid Model 6054, which I love. I have been using the Rubbermaid Model 6054 for over 20 years until the plastic material lost its flexibility & cracked.
Thank you so much for taking the time to share such a detailed and thoughtful review. We are thrilled to hear that you experienced fast shipping, excellent service, and that you find the small Dish Drain Rack strong and sturdy!
We also sincerely appreciate your honest feedback regarding the draining and drying performance compared to your previous rack. We want our products to meet the highest standards, so we have shared your specific notes about the water adhesion, groove depth, and flatware holders directly with our product design team for future improvements.
In the meantime, a quick tip to help break the water's surface tension on the plastic is to wipe the dry tray floor with a tiny drop of dishwasher rinse aid (like Jet-Dry) or a light coating of food-grade mineral oil. This creates a slicker surface, forcing the water to slide smoothly down the slope instead of pooling. A quick tip that some users find helpful to improve drainage on flatter surfaces is slightly propping up the back legs of the rack with a small, water-safe wedge or silicone bumper to increase the slope or try the other side of the sink, if possible, to see if the counter slope is improved. We hope this helps improve your daily use.
Thank you again for helping us improve. If you have any further questions or if there is anything else we can do to assist you, please don't hesitate to reach out to our customer service team directly.

Very happy with this dish rack.Wish the website had listed dimensions for it. It is a little bigger than I thought it would be, but still happy with the product.
